Day 8: Bringing the outside world in

It’s day 8, and I’ve popped into the International Space Station to investigate how we can bring the outside world into virtual reality to allow clinicians to examine patients remotely.

I look at the Tym otoscope from Cupris (www.cupris.com), the smartphone stethoscope from Eko (www.ekodevices.com) and the amazing Kardia smartphone ECG from Alivecor (www.alivecor.com). How can these tools help elevate the existing strengths of VR and Augmented Reality in delivering excellent patient care?
